DiCesare Orthopedic Medicine was founded in 2020 by leading sports medicine physician Dr. Jacob DiCesare. Seeing a need for an orthopedic practice that wasn’t merely a “one-size-fits-all” model, our practice was founded on the philosophy of patient-focused care that makes use of alternative treatment modalities.
